Corn Dog Muffins
I've seen these around blogland for awhile now and wondered if they would be good or just plain weird. My daughter loves corn dogs. So would she love these???
So I hopped on over to My Kitchen Adventures to see what I needed to do. How simple!!!
I used a Corn Bread Muffin mix (the little Jiffy brand that is pretty inexpensive.) But please feel free to make you own homemade cornbread!
Make according to the package directions.
Cut up some hot dogs and mix into the muffin mix.
Bake according to the package directions and there you have it! Corn Dog Muffins!
They were surprisingly delicious! My daughter loved them! Of course we dipped them in ketchup =o)

I made these this weekend and my girls loved them...even my 3 year old that is always hit or miss with regular corndogs! Thanks for the recipe, I have a bag of them in the freezer now. :)
