oh if I won, I would splurge on a purse, or pay bills, yeah pay bills, that would be it:(
if i won I would purchase 3 pairs of Nike I.D. running shoes

Put it in a savings account for my daughter
I would buy a kindle Fire and a new pair of Glasses since I am getting headaches with my current pair.
I would buy my husband and I new glasses and my son clothes not to mention pay bills.
If I won, I would spend this on back-to-school shopping for my son.
If I happened to win I would use it for more school supplied,ans one camping trip to the mountains.Our children are home schooled--so we also have needs, and a few wants--thanks for a great giveaway
Well, we're expecting a baby in a few weeks and buying a house, so I'm sure I could find something to spend $500 on!

Not exactly exciting, but that's honestly how I would spend it. Reading all the other comments, it looks like lots and lots of people have good ideas on how they'd use it too. I would give it to my friend in Ethiopia who began and runs a "village" for throw-away children. Most of them have medical needs that can be fixed if the funds are available and the others have AIDS. She is doing an amazing job teaching them to love and serve others while they are being cared for in her village of 80 children.
It would help pay for my college textbooks. Thanks for the chance for the giveaway.

I would SOOO take my family out to dinner (several times)! We've all been so disciplined about not spending money that we have not gone out to dinner in months and that is something we love!

If I won, I would pay bills with part of it, buy the things my oldest son will need when school starts again with part of it, buy diapers and clothes for my youngest son, and buy clothes and shoes for my daughter. I would also start buying some of their birthday gifts.
