Raspberry Peanut Butter Buckeye Bars & A Giveaway

I love peanut butter.  And peanut butter with chocolate?  Well, it's like heaven.  Right?  So when I saw PB Crave I was instantly intrigued.

PB Crave is a made with all natural peanut butter, Belgium chocolate, pure honey and an exciting variety of flavors.  Who would have thought to add cookie dough or bananas or raspberry to peanut butter?  But PB Crave did and as a result, they have an amazing tasting (and totally different) style of peanut butter.

Just look at how yummy it looks!

My son isn't a big peanut butter fan (gasp!)  But I put some Razzle Dazzle on Ritz crackers and asked him to try it.  He LOVED it.  And so did his friends.

But I wanted to do something more than just eat it on crackers or bread.  I wanted to bake with it (because that's what I do.)  We we decided to make Raspberry Peanut Butter Buckeye Bars.  The result?  A fun peanut butter and chocolate treat with a hint of raspberries.  YUM!

Want to learn more about PB Crave?  Visit them at www.pbcrave.com or, Facebook, and Twitter.  They even are on pinterest.

Raspberry Peanut Butter Buckeye Bars
Source: My Baking Addiction

* Brownie Mix (9x13 size)
* 2 eggs
* 1/3 cup vegetable oil
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
* 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla until combined.

Spread half of the brownie batter into a greased 9x13 pan.

In a small bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter.  Spread over brownie batter.  You can use any peanut butter and I had a hard time deciding which of the PB Crave peanut butters I was going to use.  But the raspberry is my favorite and I love peanut butter and chocolate and chocolate and raspberry.  So I was hoping this would be amazing!

Spread the remaining brownie batter over the peanut butter mixture.  You will have to use your hands to make sure it's spread over the entire pan.

Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  Don't ever bake!

Let cool completely before cutting.  I have this awesome brownie pan that I just love.  It bakes and them "cuts" the brownies and dont' they just look so much more professional than my cutting?  (Nod yes.)  =o)

I used my handy dandy brownie pan which automatically "cuts" the brownies into uniform squares.  I love it!

I wasn't disappointed at all.  The raspberry flavor was wonderful combined with the peanut butter and the chocolate.  Oh man!  I'm hooked!

And here's the best part.  You can win these amazing peanut butters too!  PB Crave is giving to one my readers this set.

It includes a jar of Coco Bananas, Razzle Dazzel and Cookie Nookie!

Good luck!
