Oofos Shoes Review and Giveaway

What are your favorite shoes?  Are they your tennis shoes?  A pair of comfortable moccasins?  For me it's my flip flop sandals.  I love them!  See?  Here's my flip flop tan lines =o)

I would wear sandals all year long if I could.  But, I live in the Pacific Northwest and although we don't get much snow and freezing weather, we get a ton of rain.  But as soon as I get home from work, I put on my sandals and life is good again.

When I first saw Oofos on another blog I was intrigued.  They looked so darn comfortable.  The reason is because OOfos are made with a cutting edge proprietary material called OOfoam.  Their technology is a combination of compound and a patented footbed design.  I don't even think I can describe the feeling of these amazing shoes.  The OOfoam technology absorbs shock to lessen pain.  It reduces fatigue and restores vigor.  And it delivers an unparallelled cushioning to recharge and rejuvenate your feet.  It feels like you are walking on a cloud!

 

What does all this mean is non-scientific terms?  The feel of the OOfoam is amazing.  It is soft enough to feel almost "squishy", allowing your foot to sink into the OOfoam where your foot needs to, while giving an amazing amount of arch support and comfort that most shoes don't.  They are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I now own.  I want all the colors!

Oofos are constructed as one piece so there is no glue or stitching to deal with.  This was amazing for me.  My kids have pretty sensitive feet and they don't like the seams or "bumps" that are on other sandals or shoes.  With no seams or glue there aren't uneven pressure points on your feet that cause discomfort or even pain as the day wears on.  This also means no blisters!

My kids still argue every once in awhile over who is going to wear them for the day.  No way, kids!  These are Mom's shoes!  I love them.  But we will be ordering some for my kids too. 

The colors are wonderful and they come in men's and women's sizes so everyone in the family can have a pair.
